1. Submitted images must be no larger than 1000 pixels width & 720 pixels in height and a maximum of 500kb
2. There are NO time restrictions for when the photo was taken, but all entries must be submitted during the competition period, which is from the 1st day of each month to the last day of the month , midnight to midnight
3. You may only enter one photo into each competition. Additional entries will result in all entries being removed.
4. In order to maintain your anonymity you must ensure that your entry does not contain any reference to yourself, such as but not limited to a watermark with your name in it. You must also ensure that your entry, or a similar image that could potentially identify it as yours, has not been or, is not currently used or posted anywhere else until completion of the competition

Terms and Conditions

1. Gosnap reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or the Rules and terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within these terms and conditions or the competition details.
2. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to enter Gosnaps competitions. If you are below the age of 18 you must obtain consent from your parent or guardian to enter Gosnaps competitions.
3. If you have any problems and need support or just have a question relating to the current competition you must contact a member of the Admin Team and are not permitted to make any post in any public areas as this may compromise anonymity. Any public posts during the submission and voting process of the competition will be deleted and may lead to your entry being disqualified.
4. Photos uploaded to competitions cannot be deleted and will remain in the allocated competition viewing gallery
5. You authorise Gosnap to use your photo(s) submitted to the competitions for any publicity or promotional purposes of Gosnap and it's services
6. The winner of the competition will be determined by a members vote. Any entrant who solicits new members for the purpose of increasing votes will have their photo(s) removed. This could result in a ban from entering future competitions and/or their account suspended/banned
7. Any Entrant found or suspected to have acted in any way fraudulently will have their photo(s) removed. This could result in a ban from entering future competitions and/or their account suspended/banned
8. Although we endeavour to provide quality prizes via sponsoring companies, Gosnap can not warrant the quality of their product/service and you agree not to hold Gosnap, or it's staff liable for any losses costs or liabilities that may arise in association with the prize(s) or sponsoring companies
9. Details relating to any prizes will be sent to the winner within 30days of the competition closing
10. By entering our competitions you are deemed to have read and agreed with these rules & terms
