Transport

Transport is one thing that is always all around us. It’s a part of every day life whether it be your car, bus, bike or even running shoes, and there are a lot of ways to represent it.

This week’s project is simply to capture transport in your own way - a lot of my favourite arty effects in photography work best with transportation and these include light trails, vintage photography effects with vintage vehicles like cars and trains, the ever difficult action shots of bikes, cycles and cars and I’m also quite partial to the vehicular glamour shots used in the motor TV and magazine industry.

This is the ideal opportunity to get your arty berets out, put them on at a jaunty angle and try out those effects that you’ve been meaning to do for ages but never got around to, either on camera or in your computer – there’s no criteria in this assignment other than that the image portray transportation (this can obviously be an abstract portrayal for those feeling frisky too).
