Please read the following Terms, before applying for a Premier Account Membership

Introduction

Gosnap.co.uk is a website created by Gosnap Media. These Terms of Use govern how the premier account operates, along with your responsibilities.

Please note that any abuse or breach of these Terms may result in the termination of your Premier Account Membership.

Effective date

The Premier Account Membership terms become effective as of the date you pay for the membership

Payment terms

Payment amount is determined by the duration of the membership and the fee will permit the use of the premier account features and any other features introduced during the course of the duration of your membership.

The cost of your membership regardless of the duration shall be determined by Gosnap Media and we reserve the right to make changes with or without prior notice, due to market conditions, manufacturer or supplier product discontinuation.

The premier account Member is responsible for renewal payment fee at the time of renewal. If payment is not made at the time of renewal then your premier account membership will be terminated until such time as payment has been received.

Although we do our utmost to prevent any downtime of the gosnap website, in the event that any services are not available to you, premier account members will not be entitled to any compensation, credit or refund for the duration of downtime or intermittent interruption.

Termination by Premier Account Member

You may terminate your premier account at any time by two methods; 1. you can notify us that you wish to cancel this agreement and your premier account, 2. let your premier account membership expire at the renewal date. Once receipt of your termination notice has been received, Gosnap Media will close your account. No refund will be due or given if you decide to terminate membership part way through your subscription period.

Termination by Gosnap Media

Gosnap Media may terminate your premier account Membership at any time in the event of a breach of this Agreement and or any other terms that govern the use of gosnap by the premier account Member or anyone accessing your premier account. Gosnap Media, at its sole discretion, may also terminate this Agreement at any time without cause, and may suspend access to your premier account with or without notice, to any user. No refund will be given.

Premier Member responsibilities

The Premier Account Member must keep their account details such as username and password strictly confidential, if there is any unauthorized use, access or security breach of your account, you must notify Gosnap Media immediately. Gosnap Media will not be responsible for any loss or damages relating to a security breach.

Changes To the Premier Account

Gosnap Media reserves the right to make changes to the premier accounts content, products, services and prices at any time with or without prior notice. It will be your responsibility to ensure you are up to date with any changes.
